 I’ve always believed style tells a story—one of independence, resilience, and reinvention. 

Growing up, I was drawn to powerful women who owned their individuality with unapologetic confidence. At home, I adored my mother’s colorful, perfectly coordinated looks and I admired my grandmother’s poised elegance. They shaped my eye for detail and love for monochromatic fashion.

For many years, I put my love for design and fashion on hold to pursue what I thought was the “socially acceptable” route—corporate leadership. It was a direction I assumed would yield success. It quickly became an environment I thrived in, yet internally, I felt boxed in. I witnessed how easily women’s intelligence and voices are dismissed. Fortunately, even in those moments, my confidence never left me. It lived in my style. I found much pride in being well-dressed because even on the worst of days, my stylish blazers felt like armor. 

In 2023, I felt God’s calling for me to rise above corporate burnout. It became clear, my assignment was built to create something bigger, something that would give others the same unshakable confidence I found in fashion.

That’s when New Phoenix was born—a faith-driven brand that fuses business formality with streetwear edge, crafting modern armor for those ready to rise stronger and walk boldly in their purpose. It’s a declaration of strength for those ready to step into their next powerful chapter.
